Amanda’s career with TMM Recruitment started as a graduate in 1999.
Quickly earning responsibility for commercial management, Amanda was intrinsic to the company’s success over the next decade as it transitioned from a niche accountancy agency to an award winning, multi-million pound business providing recruitment services across 10 specialist disciplines alongside niche executive search for financial C-suite and board room roles.
Amanda was promoted to Managing Director in 2009 and in 2019 was appointed Chief Executive when the business rebranded to reflect her strategic contribution and shareholder status. The latest chapter of her career is growing the executive search service under a discrete entity, TMM Executive.
Amanda is also a board director of Aberdeen Inspired.
Amanda has the ability to influence others by using sincerity and a positive attitude. She displays a dogged, albeit, non-aggressive approach that can wear down the opposition. Very persevering, most people feel comfortable with Amanda because she tends to see matters in a positive sense.
