Zia has 20 years’ experience across multiple sectors including: technology, distribution, travel, energy, education, retail and health sectors. Zia has led learning and development through design and delivery of programmes, facilitation, consulting, talent management, training, project management, assessment, coaching and mentoring.
Zia’s experience in the energy sector involved substantial global travel and strategic leadership as Talent Director for a FTSE250 global consultancy business. Zia has been involved in multiple mergers, acquisitions and disposals which brings broad organisational effectiveness and change capabilities.
Zia is an experienced coach for executive leaders and has in-depth experience of executive leadership facilitation. She has coached many senior leaders through career transitions for example, onboarding leaders, promotions (broader business and geographies), parental leave, relocations, retirements and settlement agreements.
Zia’s coaching style is client led, non-judgemental and solutions focused. Through considered questions and unfaltering listening, Zia notices words and body language that may uncover clients’ feelings about situations or relationship, that can inform actions for the client.
