Before choosing to be a coach Steve led a business using his core values, truth and honesty, for which he won an award for inspirational leadership.

Before this, 20 years ago, in a galaxy far, far away, Steve was brought up as a farmer. He worked on the family farm before starting a couple of agricultural businesses in his late 20’s.
